Good morning everyone. Happy Tuesday. Accomplishing a task gives us a good feeling. We know the difference between a half assed job and one well done. We know when we have done our best and while it may feel good to be acknowledged, outside validation isn't necessary.
Today's quote is, "To be loved - to be valued - to be appreciated all begins with you." If you don't love yourself, how can anyone else love you? If you don't value who you are, how is anyone else going to do that and if you don't appreciate yourself, how can you expect it from an outside source.
We know that self love is important. Countless books have been written on the topic of self and how we need to be our own best friend, etc. etc. Without self love, self value and self appreciation we settle in all facets of our lives from relationships to employment.
Be your biggest hero and let all others follow suit. Self love, self value and self appreciation begins not from the outside but from within.
