Good morning everyone. Happy Tuesday. When we are walking we look straight ahead but vision is not only in front of you. It is also sideways. If you are a mom that vision is also in back of you as we all know that moms have eyes back of their head! I love that kids actually believe that. Moms are lucky that way. They have honed their vision so that they can see in all directions.
Not everyone is a mom and not everyone chooses to see in all directions. When we don't we are limiting ourselves. Today's quote is, "There is a lens we view the world from - choose the one that doesn't just fit snuggly over your eye but the one that gives you the broadest view."
We all grow up with a very limited perspective because that perspective is passed down from our parents. As children we believe what they believe but then we grow up and experience life for ourselves and discover a whole new world. While we might cling to what we knew we begin to develop a perspective of our own.
How wonderful it is to see up, down, sideways and backwards. How beautiful it is to see the world in radiant color and not just in monochrome. Broaden your view, widen your perspective and be open to a new way of viewing the world.
