Good morning everyone. Happy Tuesday. We all know what exhaustion feels like. That feeling of being so tired, smiling is an effort. We also know how it feels to be exuberant with excitement. If given a choice, who would you rather be around? The one that is dragging you down or the one that is lifting you up? This question is what's called a no brainer. Positivity and joy are contagious and I'd much rather catch that!
Today's quote is, "Energy is a universal language - it is the one we all speak." It is the silent language that is not heard but is definitely felt. And it is not only felt by humans but by animals as well. Ever walk into a house with a dog? Immediately they can sense your love or fear.
A range of emotions can be felt on any given day. If you need to be sad then be sad but if you want to get rid of that feeling then find a happy person! Their happiness will spread to you in the invisible silent language of energy!
