START FRESH

Good morning on this last day of 2016. Are you happy to see it end? Are you looking forward to a fresh start? Do you want to erase all that was? Let the good memories remain. The times of fun and joy. Let me tell you something. 2017 will have it's share of ups and downs to be sure but let's start off right at least. Today's Reiki thought is a boost I hope, "When the pain subsides-see what's left-see what's important and start fresh." Let go of the pain of the past! Who wants it? Do you? I didn't think so. It's over and done with. No reason to rehash what was. If anything a new year like a new day is a time to move forward-looking - to move ahead. Remember good times with fondness but don't dwell on those either. There will be more good times ahead- more joy, happiness and satisfaction. Be true to yourself always. I'm this day start fresh.
