Aw Sunday - enjoy it.  Monday comes too quickly but instead of looking at it with dread, look at it as a new beginning because it is!  A new week and new things that are sure to happen!  Today's Reiki thought is, "Change can come abruptly and without warning - embrace it and let it work in your favor."  Now that could mean anything.  Any event, absolutely anything.  Sometimes we are prepared for it but most times we are not.  Even if it is something that we want, have been wishing for, hoping for, saying in our heads, "WHEN" we are still not always ready.  We are all working towards some sort of goal whether it is to lose weight, get a new job, exercise more, read more, you name it, it's there.  All of a sudden, we lost the weight, got the job, are fit as can be....then what.  Is there more?  Do we want more?
