Well it's here.  Monday!  Let's all make the best of it.  So let's get right down to it.  Today's Reiki thought is "When someone has done an awesome job let them know and if they haven't - let go of the need to let them know."  If your employer is telling you something job related that you could have done better then I suppose that's OK, however, there is a way to say it.  We all know those off handed compliments that make you think, "was that a compliment or not."  Let a compliment be real and realize that sometimes it is just the other person's need for control.  Yes control!  "You did a great job." DONE! Leave it at that.  "That was great, if only..."  Get what I mean.  You can all fill in the blanks.  I would say that for the most part, when we haven't done our best and could have improved on something, WE ALL KNOW!!!  Do not take pleasure in pointing out mistakes.  Let a compliment be real and genuine.  We all have off days when we are not our best but that's the beauty of life - there is always going to be another day, another chance and another sunrise.  With that thought in mind - give someone a compliment today and feel proud that you did.  You have no idea of the impact  you can make.  Enjoy Monday, rainy day or not!!~Love, Amy~
