NOTHING LIKE THE REAL THING - Friday, 3/29

Good morning all.  Happy Friday at last!  Oh the feeling of the end of yet another long week but Spring is really coming as Monday is April 1st!  So funny how on the one hand we wish for winter to end but on the other hand we want time to slow down.  Let's forget both and choose to be in the moment!

Nothing can motivate you like a beautiful day.  The kind where the sun is shining and the temperature is just right.  By winter's end we begin to think of all the things we want to do when the cold finally breaks.  It is important to do get outside and do all the things you talked about during the winter.

Today's quote is, "Talk out loud and to yourself but there is no substitute for experience."  Words can never match an experience.  Describe the beach all you want.  The feel of the sand, the smell of the ocean mixed with sunscreen, the sound of the waves against the shore can be described but being there and hearing about it are completely different experiences.  

If you are a slow starter and perhaps the cautious type then take your time and envision your escapades whatever you want them to be.  We can talk all we want about what we want to do, where we want to be and how we plan to get there but you have to act and do because there is nothing like the real thing!
